How to Order / Shipping Costs

About Weights: Players are often more concerned with weights than colors. We try to keep our weight selections up-to-date, which means we will ship your discs within the weight range that you specify. We will contact you for possible substitutions if we have run out of your weight range selection by the time we process your order. Please note that 150 means these discs will not exceed 150 grams, but will not necessarily be right at 150 grams. When ordering, be sure to use the 'comments box' to tell us about your specific needs.

About Colors: Colors will vary not only by manufacturer and models, but often times, some colors will only be available in some weight ranges. To increase the chance of getting the color of the disc you want, expand your acceptable range of weights by using the 'comments box,' which is the area designed for you to provide us with a second or third or fourth color option as well.
If you have very strong preferences about precise weights and/or colors, we encourage you use the 'comments box' or to call us. While we do maintain a very large inventory, sometimes the disc in your perfect weight and color is just not available. By contacting us, we might be able to find a disc that is an acceptable substitute.

Our Service Guarantee: If you aren't happy with your order, our policy is quite simple: We will do whatever it takes to make it right . . . and that includes refunding your purchase price in full for the unused merchandise that is returned. We guarantee your satisfaction, and promise friendly and speedy service. Orders received Sunday afternoon through early Friday morning are usually shipped within 24 hours of their receipt. Thus, next- or second-day air shipments made on Friday generally will not ship until Monday. If it's Thursday or Friday, and you need an order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday, give us a call for options.

About shipping costs:

USA: Like our prices, the cost of shipping is subject to change, but for now, orders that total $75.00 or under will be charged $6.00. Orders over $75.00 will not be charged shipping. If you request next or second-day air service, your invoice receipt will show a $45.00 and $25.00 charge respectively. These are average amounts and will be adjusted to what the actual shipping cost is before your card is charged.

Please note that regulation targets are not shipped for free. The price of shipping will be added in before the order is shipped. Please call or email us to find out how much shipping will be.

Canada: Your invoice receipt will show a $21.00 shipping charge for all orders. This will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping via either UPS Standard or U.S. Air Mail or the carrier of your choice (if available from Kansas City). Orders over $75.00 (before shipping) will receive a $6.00 shipping allowance.

Europe: Your invoice receipt will show a $34.00 shipping charge for all orders. This will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping via either U.S. Air Mail or UPS or the carrier of your choice (if available from Kansas City). Orders over $75.00 (before shipping) will receive a $6.00 shipping allowance.

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Africa, and other Asia & Pacific Rim: Your invoice receipt will show a $36.00 shipping charge for all orders. This will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost of shipping via either U.S. Air Mail or UPS or the carrier of your choice (if available from Kansas City). Orders over $75.00 (before shipping) will receive a $6.00 shipping allowance.
